CompuTechs+ offers local Chicago and mail-in laptop power jack repair services. Our soldering professionals will solder a new power jack in place of the old power jack, and apply epoxy (harder-than-concrete glue), so that you will never need to repair the power jack on your laptop again.

Most power jack prices are included with the repair, but some jacks are more costly and must be added to our flat-rate pricing. We offer free pickup and dropoff of your laptop or apple computer within our Chicago service area. Our support professionals will disassemble your laptop, desolder the broken power jack and solder a new jack in its place, apply epoxy to the new jack, clean the interior of your laptop computer, apply new thermal paste to the CPU (processor) of the computer, and perform our 26-step tuneup process.
